Terms of Service

TourRank is a business tool for tour and activity operators. It monitors information that is publicly visible on online travel marketplaces — such as search positions, ratings, reviews, prices and availability of listings — and presents it as dashboards, history and alerts.

TourRank is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by GetYourGuide, Viator, Civitatis or any other marketplace. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the listings we report on.

TourRank is for businesses and professionals only, not consumers. You must be at least 18 and give accurate account information. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by team members you invite, and for keeping your sign-in secure.

• There is no free plan or free trial. Checks run once you choose a plan, and pause if your subscription ends.
• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices and plan limits are shown on the pricing page. Taxes are added where required.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
• You can cancel at any time from Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable, including for partial periods.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

You agree not to:

• resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute data from TourRank, or use it to build a competing product or dataset;
• access TourRank by automated means (bots, scrapers, scripts) other than features we provide for that purpose, or try to work around plan limits;
• copy, decompile or reverse engineer the service, or probe, test or attack its security;
• share your account with people outside your company;
• use the service to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to mislead, harass or defame other businesses.

You remain responsible for complying with the terms of the marketplaces you sell on and for every decision you take based on information from TourRank.

Marketplace information changes constantly and differs by country, device, date and other factors. What TourRank shows reflects what was visible at the moment of each check and may be incomplete, delayed or different from what a particular traveller sees. Insights and suggestions are estimates, not advice.

The service and all information in it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows. Marketplaces may change their websites at any time, which can interrupt or limit some features; we will work to restore them but do not guarantee that any marketplace, country or data point will remain supported.

TourRank, its software, design, methods and the datasets we compile are our intellectual property and confidential information. While your subscription is active we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own internal business purposes. Nothing else is licensed.

The links, names and settings you add remain yours. You give us permission to use them to run, secure and improve the service. Feedback you send us may be used freely.

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data or delete your account at any time from Settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TourRank is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, bookings, revenue, data or goodwill, however caused. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or wilful misconduct.

You will defend and indemnify TourRank against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service, including use that breaches a marketplace's terms or a third party's rights.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, put the service at risk or fail to pay. You may stop using TourRank and delete your account at any time. We may discontinue the service with at least 30 days' notice, refunding any prepaid period not yet used.

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they apply. Continuing to use TourRank after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes will be settled by the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
